1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following Australia Post services: 

 

  • Australia Post Standard (Parcel Post): 2–4 business days for same-state deliveries; 3–6 business days for interstate deliveries.
  • Australia Post Priority: 3-5 business days.
  • Australia Post Express: 2-3 business days for same-state deliveries; 3-4 business days for interstate deliveries.
  • Australia Post Registered: 5-8 business days.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping. International transit times fluctuate by specific country. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

Please note: Your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ‘Cool Shiz’ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an Australia Post tracking number if selected within your preferred postage option. You can track your package on the Australia Post Tracking page.
